I have previously spoken about which books I recomend. However, which books does Warren Buffett suggest investors should read?

1The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham

In the book, Graham gives examples of value and defensive investing, as well as how to cope with market volatility.

2. Security Analaysis by Benjamin Graham and David Dodd

This book is slightly more difficult than the intelligent investor. In this book Graham speaks about intrinsic value, and valuation methods.

3. Business Adventures Twelve Classic Tales From the World of Wall Street, by John Brooks

One of the favorite books of both Buffett and Bill Gates, this book is more like numerous business stories. It does have a section where wealthy investors in the 1960s are panicking about a stock market crash from 600 to 400…..the Dow was trading at 26,800 last year.

4. Paths to wealth through common stocks by Phillip Fisher

Buffett said that Fisher’s books “were terrific books, and as with Ben Graham, you can get it all just by reading the books.”

5. The Outsiders by William Thorndike Jr.

This book is a story of eight business leaders’ recipes for success
